🚪 Entrance and Key Box: To the right of the entrance gate, you will find a key safe. Enter the code 281 and take out the set of keys.

🗝️ The second set of keys, including the garage remote control, is located inside the house on the shoe rack.

💡 Important Tip: In case the door slams shut, I highly recommend always leaving one set of keys in the key box.

• For your maximum privacy and peace, the entire property (house and garden) is available exclusively for registered guests. Please do not invite unregistered visitors to the property.

• Thank you for respecting the privacy of private areas that are not part of the rental.

• We kindly ask you to observe quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM (especially in outdoor areas). Please be respectful of our neighbors who have small children.

• During the day, please also keep noise (music, voices, etc.) at a reasonable level. We are in a residential village and our neighbors live close by.

• Loud parties or events are not permitted at any time, day or night, and may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.

• When sitting outside in the evening, please turn off strong outdoor lights when they are no longer needed.

We care deeply about the cleanliness of our surroundings and the nature around Stašov. We would be very grateful if you could help us with the following:

1. At home: Please perform basic sorting (plastic, paper, glass). Please crush plastic bottles and cardboard boxes to save space in the bins.

2. Where to take it? To keep the house clean and fresh, please take your sorted waste to the public containers. They are located just a short walk away (approx. 200m to the left)—it is a pleasant short stroll.

3. Mixed waste: This belongs in the black bin directly in front of the house. Please do not put recyclable items (paper, plastic) in it—if the waste collectors see them, they will not empty the bin, and it will remain full for the next guests.

4. Bio-waste bin (brown): This is intended only for organic garden waste (grass, leaves). Please do not put food scraps in it.

Please keep the house clean.

• Grill and fireplace: Please clean them after use so they are ready for the next guests.

• Toilets: Please throw only toilet paper into the toilets. This will prevent any damage or blockage of the sewage system.
 🙏 For outdoor activities such as sunbathing or exercising, please exclusively use the blankets and mats provided in the garage. The towels in the house are strictly for personal hygiene and should remain indoors. Thank you for your understanding.

Well-behaved pets are welcome at our property.

• Please ensure your pets do not enter the bedrooms or climb on upholstered furniture.

• Never leave your pets unattended inside the house.

• Please take your pets outside the property (garden) for their needs and always clean up after them.

• The entire interior of the house is strictly non-smoking, including e-cigarettes.

• Smoking is permitted exclusively in outdoor areas.

• Please use the provided ashtrays and do not discard cigarette butts around the house (terrace, garden) or into the grill.

Our garden is here for your relaxation. However, we kindly ask you to observe the following rules:

• Pond: Entering the pond is strictly prohibited (this applies to children and pets as well). There are fish in the pond; please do not throw anything into the water.

• Lawn: Please do not leave any objects (toys, pebbles) lying on the lawn. This helps us keep the garden safe for you and our mower.

• Granite Table: Please do not sit on the edge of the table (risk of injury or damage to the tabletop). Use coasters under hot dishes and protect the surface from direct grease.

• Hammock: Maximum weight capacity is 90 kg. Please observe this limit to prevent injury.

• Garden and Lawn: Do not tamper with the mower and do not leave any objects on the grass (toys, glasses, pebbles, etc.) that could damage the robot.

• Smoking: Dispose of cigarette butts exclusively in the provided ashtrays, never on the grass or the terrace.

• Grilling: Please clean the grill after each use so it is ready for the next guests.

• Pets: Please take them outside the property for their needs. Never leave them unattended on the premises and always clean up after them.

! When relaxing or barbecuing in the garden, please be mindful of noise levels at all times and respect the surrounding neighbourhood !

The house is set to an automatic comfort temperature of 22 °C. If you wish to adjust the temperature, please use the thermostat in the living room.

• Please do not reset the boiler controls.

• Do not attempt to regulate the temperature using the radiators.

• Please operate the garage door only using the remote control. Under no circumstances should you attempt to open it manually or by force.

• Always ensure that the door is properly closed before your departure.

We believe your stay will be wonderful. For security purposes, please note the following:

• Loss of Keys: Costs for lock replacement and new keys (approx. 3,000 CZK , or 125 € ).

• Loss of Remotes: Garage (1,500 CZK or 65 € ), TV (1,000 CZK or 40 €).

• Noise complaints or unauthorized parties: In case of a justified noise complaint from neighbors or local authorities, or in case of a gross violation of the house rules (disturbing the peace, destruction of property), the stay may be terminated immediately without refund.

Before you leave, we kindly ask you to:

* Turn off all lights (including outdoor lights).

* Close all windows (especially skylights).

* Turn off appliances and take out the trash

* Lock the house and return the keys to their original place (or the mailbox).

* Make sure the garage is closed.

Standard check-out time is by 12:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed.

Late check-out is available by prior arrangement (for a flat fee of 15 € per hour started)
